We operate one of the largest car fleets in the estate agency business.
Our car fleet is one of the largest in the estate agency business and we reward our staff with quality cars that reflect their working performance.

Arun Rewards
We award our staff with Arun Reward Points for consistently outstanding work and performance. These points can be exchanged for vouchers to be spent as desired on things such as holidays, shopping trips and house renovation/decoration. We also include the cost of tax in this reward programme.

Pension Scheme
Our joint employer and employee pension contribution scheme allows our staff to start planning for their financial future, looking ahead to retirement knowing their finances have been expertly taken care of. Child Care Vouchers
With the government-led Childcare Voucher Scheme, eligible staff are able to exchange a proportion of their monthly gross salary for childcare vouchers, allowing them to take full advantage of the monthly tax savings involved. However, this is subject to Inland Revenue guidelines.
