Purchase Advisor
This is your opportunity to begin your career in Financial Services. Acting as a Purchase Advisor you will be based in one of our busy Estate Agency offices. Your primary role will be to meet those clients who are looking to buy or sell property, advise them of the options available, assist them with the costs involved and ensure they get maximum benefit for doing business with us. Alongside this you will also be studying for your CeMAP qualification allowing your career to progress.
Mortgage Advisor
As part of the Arun Estates Group, Cubitt & West has a very successful mortgage arm Mortgage Matters Direct. All Advisors are office based and receive warm leads from our estate agency staff. The majority of their day is spent with clients and advising them on the most appropriate mortgage package together with offering advice on associated insurance products. Our Mortgage Advisors have access to a wide range of products from high street and specialist lenders. They are supported by a team of administrative staff via our customer service processing centre.
Not for the faint hearted as there are long hours involved but this is balanced with the satisfaction of helping people achieve their dream. For this role a background in sales is essential but full award winning training is provided if you are not CEMAP qualified. Saturday is part of the working week as this will be your busiest day. You will also need to be able to drive in case you are needed to cover other offices.
