Since starting my estate agency career in March 1999 as Sales Advisor at the Cubitt & West Horsham office, I have been able to progress quickly thanks to the encouragement and support of Arun Estates. With their assistance I made Branch Manager in 2002 and opened the Ashington office of Cubitt and West, which successfully made profit in its first year.

I have gained great job satisfaction from mentoring and training new starters which has allowed me to share my success with others, as well as developing my knowledge, experience and earnings.

Working for Arun Estates has always been very rewarding due to the training they have provided throughout my career. They are continuously organising training to help maximise my personal and business skills.
