Jason Willetts
Land & New Homes Regional Director

Jason manages the Cubitt & West Land & New Homes Team, a specialist division of the Arun Estates Group and part of the Arun Land & New Homes Division. Jason has been involved in the estate agency business for over 20 years and in that time has dealt with all aspects of the business.

He joined Arun Estates in 2005 to head up the Land & New Homes Team, looking after the Cubitt & West offices covering Surrey, West Sussex, and Hampshire. Since joining the company the Department has enjoyed tremendous success with developments ranging from one-off houses to developments of over 500 properties.

Jason thrives on the pace of working in the Land & New Homes Department and is committed to developing the Land & New Homes Division even further.
