‘When I first decided I wanted to be an estate agent, I was looking for a company that offered progression but would also coach and train me in order so I could build a career and Cubitt and West seemed to offer everything I was looking for. I joined the company in 2003 as a trainee sales advisor and swiftly progressed to Senior Marketing Consultant enjoying both the Fareham and Portsmouth market places before taking up my current role.

In 2006 I joined the Training Department, a team already recognised within the Industry by being awarded the Gold Training Award in the 2005 Estate Agency Awards and cementing our success by adding the silver award in 2006 and finally we made it a 1,2,3 with a bronze medal in 2007!  My role now focuses on coaching and training staff in all areas of the business as well as offering support and feedback whilst in the branches. This ensures that all staff, old or new, are developed and aided in order to build a successful career whilst gaining the rewards and recognition they deserve along the way.

We take the training and ongoing development of our staff extremely seriously and take great pride in our work ethics in order to ensure that our staff have a defined career structure to work towards. This ensures that as a company we consistently deliver the highest level of customer service and professionalism to our clients at all times.’
