I began my career with Mortgage Matters Direct in April 2008, and although I have only been with the company a short while, I believe it is a company worth working for. From day one, the training and support you receive, not only from the training department, but your managers and piers, is of the highest standard.

In the current economic climate, no day is the same. Some of the things I find myself doing are coaching members of staff, keeping up-to-date on mortgage literature, seeing clients, meeting deadlines, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing my diaries, focusing on targets and reading various articles to make sure I understand the impact the economy is having on the mortgage and housing market.

By working to the best of your ability you are recognised and rewarded; something that many employers fail to do. I am proud of what I have achieved so far with Mortgage Matters Direct, and look forward to a fulfilling career ahead.
