I began working for Cubitt & West in December 2001 where I started as a Trainee Sales Advisor. Throughout the next 2 years, I worked hard to progress to Sales Advisor and then to Senior Sales Advisor. I left the industry in 2004 to pursue a different career path but after realising I was better suited to fulfilling my enthusiasm for property, I took the opportunity to work with Cubitt & West again.

I joined our East Grinstead branch in March 2006 and as part of a successful team, have spent the last 18 months building on my experience and participating in further training courses to incorporate Listing properties into my role to become a Marketing Consultant.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen to work within our Training Department as a Residential Field Trainer to coach new starters and develop existing staff. I am proud of the high level of training standards we provide to all employees and feel grateful to be able to put my skills and experiences into good training use.

Success is achievable through hard work and the support you will receive from senior staff members but more importantly is recognised throughout the company and you are rewarded for your achievements.
