From the moment I started my role as Secretary to the Land & New Homes Department, I knew I had made the right career move and this would be the start of great journey.
 
Over the years the company has provided me with excellent training and support that has enabled me to progress firstly, to the role of Mobile Secretary covering the Sussex Area.  Then, with the experience and skills gained, I was promoted to my current role of Personal Assistant to the Senior Operations Director for the Surrey Area.
 
I enjoy the varied and vibrant atmosphere, where no two days are ever the same.  Sometimes there may be ups and downs but we always pull together as team to get the right results.   Everyone has the same "can do" attitude and are prepared to go that extra mile to secure our goal as being "The number one estate agent in every town".
