I have worked for the company since 2003, since that time I have progressed through many promotions and am now at Senior Branch Manager level.

I am now responsible for managing a team of 4 people and my main responsibility is carrying our market appraisals and progressing sales to a sucessful completion. 

I get a lot from working at Cubitt & West because its a company that really care and look after their staff, and the ongoing training that has been available to me has been fantastic.
