I joined the company in April 2006 as a Sales Negotiator.

The training course's that I have attended hosted by Cubitt & West have been paramount in my success and have led to 5 promotions.

There are no limits on how far you can go within the company, as long as you are prepared to work hard, the results are defiantly rewarding.

The support of management and other colleagues within the company is an integral part of my development.There is always someone on hand to offer advice and assistance.
