I joined the company in September 2007 having just a few months experience within estate agency prior to this. Throughout this process I have continually received award-winning training.

I find working for Cubitt & West really rewarding and enjoyable as no two days are the same. I get a real buzz from meeting clients and immense satisfaction from finding a suitable property for buyers and a suitable buyer for my vendors. 

The team spirit and motivation within my office, together with the excellent results, gives me a sense of real achievement. Since joining the company I have had 2 promotions and I am currently working towards my third to be a successful marketing consultant.
