I joined Cubitt and West in June 2007 with only 3 months experience as an Estate Agent. I am now the Branch Manager of our Flag Ship Office in Brighton and this would not have been possible without the invaluable Training & Support received.

My office won the most profitable branch in the area in 2009 and I personally won Top Lister, both of which I am extremely proud of and will remember the buzz of accepting both awards at the end of our awards night. It certainly leaves you wanting more!
