I started working for Cubitt & West in November 2009 as a Marketing Consultant and am currently working along the structured career path to sales manager, the training and support I have been given so far in my journey makes my personal career goals very realistic and I am already in line for my first promotion after only six months.

Cubitt & West have a very refreshing approach towards estate agency and focus on customer service which is an environment I personally thrive in and can foresee a long career in. Within my role I love every day being different as I am involved in listing, selling and helping the office run in a busy “team working” environment and am constantly being challenged.
