Senior Branch Manager

This is my second time round with Cubitt & West. Having worked originally 8 years ago as a trainee sales advisor in our Southsea office, I have over the past few years been a senior branch manager and an area manager for various different companies before taking 18 months out working in an altogether different industry.

The lure back into estate agency was too strong and Cubitt & West’s reputation and clear career path greatly impressed me. I took up the position as Sales Manager in the Flagship North End branch a year ago. We have over the past year or so gone from strength to strength and I have recently been promoted to Branch Manger of the North End branch.

My current role is both varied and challenging but I would not change it for the world.  I would recommend a career with Cubitt & West to anyone who wants to join a professional estate agency and who wants to work for a company that supports and develops their personnel.
