Award Winning Training & Development

As a member of the Arun Estate Agencies Group, all Cubitt & West personnel receive the highest standard of training undertaken by any estate agent!
We currently hold the 2005 Estate Agency of the Year Gold Award for Training and Development together with the Silver Award for 2006, awarded to us by our own industry in recognition of our excellent training programmes and efforts of our training team.
Every new employee undertakes a week's induction course, regardless of their experience. The course is designed to ensure that every new member of the team is trained to the highest level and will be able to provide the excellent level of customer service we expect. Further support is given at branch level by a team of field trainers to assist in personal development and to provide all the help you will need to progress your career from trainee right through to management roles.
As and when an individual has demonstrated a consistently high level of performance, we reward them with a number of incentives and benefits including promotional opportunities. And its very reassuring to know that many of our team have grown within the company from sales advisors to management positions.
