We bought this house 10 years ago because we felt it had one of the best views in Shepway. There are no houses or tall trees in front of us to mar the panoramic vista. Being inside a gated community it is also extremely secure and we have never felt concerned about going away and leaving the property unattended. The residents are also very friendly and supportive without being intrusive.

It has been a labour of love to renovate the house over the years and we will miss it when we move. However, we feel it is time to start a new chapter in our lives and we hope another household will be able to take advantage of everything we have done to create this luxurious home. It includes televisions in virtually every room, down lighting and dimmer switches, awnings over the balconies, WIFI, burglar alarms and sensors in all areas as well as Sky and Hotbird satellite dishes and a terrestrial aerial feeding the integrated home system.

We are not far Sandgate village centre with its restaurants, pubs and antique shops and a primary school rated excellent by Ofsted. Hythe is only a short drive with its array of individual shops and eateries as well as Waitrose and Sainsburys and the unique miniature Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway. Enthusiastic golfers can enjoy their sport at the Henry Cotton designed golf course at Sene Valley and the Hotel Imperial includes a golf course, tennis courts and spa facilities.
