What will you have to pay us for our services?

We offer a fees free service to normal credit clients collecting instead a commission from the lender.

If you choose to however, you can opt to pay us a fixed fee instead of our retaining a fee from the lender.

We will tell you whatever fees we will receive from whatever source.

Refund of Fees

We will not charge you a fee if your mortgage does not go ahead. Any fees paid to us will be fully refunded.
