About Cubitt & West

I was incredibly lucky over thirty years ago, to be given a shot in Estate Agency. I’m incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to work my way through the company, provided with constant support, guidance and reward. 

Being fortunate enough to have a job that is also your passion is a real blessing, but nothing is more important to me than spending time with my family, travelling, gardening and pretty much any sport you can imagine.  Oh, and let’s not forget Poppy, my Cavachon, she’s an absolute legend.

I’ve been with Cubitt & West for over 11 years, starting as the lettings manager in Horsham. Arun has been fantastic for my career, providing guidance, training, and support through the management program.

I love helping others grow, spotting talent, and coaching team members to reach their goals. I also enjoy being creative, solving problems, and implementing new ideas.

Outside of work, I’m a painter with a Fine Arts background and an enthusiastic gardener—this year, I’m trying my hand at growing my own fruits and veggies!

I’ve been with Cubitt & West since April 2001, and they've supported me with superb training every step of the way. I love developing my team into future branch managers. Outside of work, I enjoy camping with our dogs in our tentbox!

I started with Cubitt & West in 1996 and 30 years later I’m still here!

The feeling of supporting others to be the best they can be, offering our service to buyers and sellers that no other estate agent can match.

Outside of work my main pleasure is family time with my wife and our 16-year-old son.  I also enjoy the occasional round of Golf and I couple of times a year we like to go and see the Moto GP.

This year is my 21^st year working for Cubitt & West and my 30^th year in Estate Agency!

The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing the staff progress within the business, more than half of my current Management team joined the business as trainees!

When I’m not working I enjoy family time - I’m married to my lovely wife and am lucky to have two grown up children (18 & 21), and love being outdoors, walking, running, socialising, visiting new and old places and enjoying life!

I think of Cubitt & West as more of a family.  Their loyalty towards me and whatever problems I may have, they have always been there for me. 

My wife Beccy (who holds everything together!) and I have two small children, Henry and Thomas.  They on their own can be a handful and recently we got two new kittens, Mango and Pepper just to bring more entertainment to our hectic life!

I’m an experienced Financial Services Director with over 30 years in the industry. My career began in retail banking, and I joined Mortgage Matters Direct in 2013, progressing through various leadership roles. I'm passionate about coaching, staff development, and sales management. Outside work, I enjoy family time, supporting Tottenham Hotspur, horse racing, cricket, and gardening. I'm also proud of my daughter’s musical achievements and my charitable efforts.

I joined Cubitt & West in 2009 as HR Director, bringing experience in aviation, sales, and utilities. I earned my CIPD qualifications while raising my son George. I love working with a company that values integrity. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the South Downs with my family and dog.
