As part of the Arun Estates Group, Ward & Partners has a very successful mortgage arm, Mortgage Matters Direct. All Advisors are office-based and receive warm leads from our estate agency staff. The majority of their day is spent with clients, advising them on the most appropriate mortgage package, together with offering advice on associated insurance products.
Our Mortgage Advisors have access to a wide range of products from High Street and specialist lenders. They are supported by a team of administrative staff via our customer service processing centre. For this role, a background in sales is essential and you must be CeMAP qualified. Saturday is part of the working week as this will be your busiest day. You will also need to be able to drive.
