Trainee Sales Advisor

The role of Sales Advisor is where most people begin their estate agency careers. It is a position that allows you to learn about how the industry works while also working directly with clients, allowing you to learn quickly on the job. It is mostly a target-based role so the drive to meet targets consistently is essential.

You will be required to meet and greet clients, accompany customers on viewings, generate appointments and be active in gaining more business for the company by contacting both current and potential clients.

The Sales Advisor is also expected to undertake general administrative duties and will take part in the morning meetings.

No previous estate agency experience is required for this role, but an outgoing personality, ambition, drive, organisation and determination are fundamental traits that Sales Advisor's will need to possess in order to progress.

Marketing Consultant

Our Marketing Consultants are responsible for ensuring our properties are listed on the market for the best possible price and for the right fee.

To coincide with this, they are also required to promote the company's in-house services such as our conveyancing and mortgage panels, as well as sell homes and generate viewing appointments.

Marketing Consultants have the best tools and unrivalled dedication to achieve the best possible price for our clients and their properties.

Branch Manager

Branch Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and must help maximise the branch's income and profitability by overseeing the successful listing and selling of properties and promotion of the other products and services on offer.

The ability to motivate branch members is fundamental to the success of a Branch Manager and they must possess the ability to provide the highest quality in customer service. Branch Managers are also involved in the training and development of their staff.

Branch Managers have often worked their way up through the company from the lower ranks, which means they have credibility and the respect of their branch members.
