What our staff say

See what our staff say about their fantastic career opportunities and training working at Cubitt & West

Trainee Lettings Advisor

Lettings Advisors hold an important position as the first to meet and greet clients. You will be making contact in person and on the phone, so you will need to enjoy dealing with people, have a lively personality and the drive to reach your targets.

You will go to viewings with customers, generate appointments and business, and be actively calling clients and prospective tenants and landlords.

Lettings Manager

Letting properties is an important part of our overall business. It is the responsibility of our lettings managers to develop and maintain our portfolio of properties, maximise revenue streams and profitability and promote a range of supporting products and services.

You will need previous experience in a lettings role plus a keen eye in order to carry out valuations to get the best possible rental price for our clients. You will need a full driver's licence.

Meet Vicki, Lettings Manager

"I manage Lettings in Horsham and the local referring offices in the area. I'm based in the Horsham office and that's where I do most of my work. Along with my negotiator we bring new properties to market, carry out Full Market Appraisals, meet new clients and communicate between landlord and tenants."

"Cubitt & West is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The communication and level of training is really high. I think that one of the best things is the people. People from different areas and disciplines all mingle and socialise together with a great office atmosphere. You spend so much time at work that the people there are extremely important. They make coming to work a pleasure."
