What the owner says

When looking for my first time purchase I wanted to be close enough to Brighton Centre but far enough away to also enjoy some peace and quiet. When I stumbled across the ‘Golden Triangle’ area I was impressed that it offered both. Since living here I have grown to love the area, it has a great community feel and my neighbours are very friendly. The main attraction to this flat for me was the private garden – places in other parts of town just seemed too over-looked.

Since living here I have loved renovating my home and adding the finishing touches. The lease is long and the maintenance, bills, council tax are cheap so I think this would really suit another first-time buyer looking to get their foot on the property ladder.

Property details

Waldegrave Road is a leafy, tree lined road and one of Brighton’s prime addresses in the ‘Golden Triangle’, close to ever popular Fiveways. You are sandwiched between two beautiful parks – Preston Park and Blakers Park with their recreational facilities, a cycling track, bowling green, playground areas and cafes. Both parks have fun, community events taking place throughout the year (Brighton Marathon, Pride).

This tranquil residential location is deceptively close to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. You can be at Brighton’s famous seafront enjoying an ice-cream in a 30-minute walk. The shopping in The Laines and Churchill Square are also close to hand.

Locally there are a handful of great pubs serving good food along with plenty of coffee shops and individual shops at Fiveways including a great butchers and green grocers, deli and hairdressers.

Commuters will be pleased to read that the train station is walkable from your front door and the A27/A23 are also both within easy reach too.
