What the owner says

I've lived at this property for six and a half years. For a first flat its ideal - a good size for Brighton, comfortable and homely. Whatever your lifestyle, it's enviable to be a 15 maximum minute walk from everything - you're a great distance from the station for a commute, the famous Lanes shopping, the city nightlife and most importantly - the sea. I've had my best years in this place and I hope it provides a great first home for the next occupant or couple to start their memories in too.

Property details

There are three words that usually come to mind when choosing your first home, location, location, location. Well we think that this is one of the best you will find, it’s ideal for the local shops, getting into the city and transport links too!

This gorgeous home has so many features it’s hard to know where to start, there’s so much to fall in love with here. From the modern kitchen area which is separate to the lounge so you can cook away to your hearts content and then once dinner is finished just pop the dishes in the sink and leave them to the morning while you just relax and catch up on your favourite box set! The bathroom is equally lovely with a modern suite featuring the combination of a shower above the bath so you can enjoy a nice long soak or a quick scrub in the morning.

The bedroom is lovely, a great size and is tastefully decorated just like the rest of the flat and it has plenty of space for other furniture too. The lounge is bright and fresh and has ample room for you and your guests to spread out.

Outside you will find space below the building for bike storage and there are communal garden too so you can enjoy a cheeky glass of wine in the sun!

So if you are looking for a superb pad close to the city which is in great condition then this flat has to be at the top of your viewing list!
