I have really enjoyed living in this flat for the last eighteen years. It has a good sized main room with masses of light through the picture windows - big skies, amazing rooftop views and stunning sunsets.

The flat is well insulated which makes it energy-efficient and it has been very cheap to heat.

It's a fantastic location – right in the centre of town, next to the beach and a great meeting place for nights out or sunny afternoons. The public transport options are brilliant and really close, for all directions (there are frequent services to the train station alone), there are car parking possibilities below the building and several bike share docks nearby.
