When I first came to view this apartment I was immediately struck by its private location being tucked away within a gated development which was something I wasn't expecting.

Living here has been a pleasure and had my personal circumstances not changed I would have loved to stay. I really hope the new owners will enjoy living here just as much as I have.

The bonus of having everything I could want right on my doorstep have been a blessing. The area is so central to the town centre with its vast array of shops in addition to mainline train station and motorway which makes travelling around a breeze.
