I had looked at so many properties, but nothing came close to my apartment in terms of size and location, and after one viewing I was sold.

I remember walking into the lounge/diner and thinking WOW! As I left the new part and moved into the old, there was a noticeable difference and the room felt so large. I like the open plan living area, which has been a great place to entertain friends and family.

Outside there are beautifully kept grounds exclusively for the use of the 27 unique apartments. With allocated parking, I can leave my car at home and walk to the town centre or Horley's railway station which could be ideal for commuters.
