I was a first timer buyer when I bought my flat and liked that I could move straight in and not have to do any work. The property had been recently converted and everything was new inside.

Once through the front door and in the entrance hall, I liked that I had my own private staircase. The open plan design adds to the feeling of space and the sloping roof adds to the character of the property.
