What the owner says

As a first time buyer I was looking to take my very first steps onto the property ladder. Horsham Gates really appealed to me because of its location, being so near to the town was ideal for a night out with friends, whilst being opposite the station was perfect for shopping trips up to London.

With a busy professional life I was also keen to make sure that my weekends would be DIY free to give me time to recharge my batteries, so a modern apartment with no work to do was fantastic. I also had the peace of mind from knowing that the property still had the remainder of its 10 year builders warranty.
