I moved here from Surrey about five years ago to be nearer to family.

As soon as I walked into the apartment, I said 'This is for me!' Being south facing it feels incredibly light and airy and although I was downsizing at the time, I was really impressed by how much built in storage there is in the property. I've since added even more, along with smart vertical blinds to all windows.

It's a very economical home to run, I've hardly ever used the heating and have found the neighbours to be equally warm and welcoming.
