What the owner says

We were looking to buy our first home together and only wanted to live in Southwater. We looked at several apartments and then came to see this one.

We loved the fact that the apartment was situated on the ground floor and located within the heart of the village and close to all amenities. It was so much more spacious than all the other apartments we had seen and we wasted not time in putting an offer in and securing it.

We have been very happy here and will be sad to leave but are looking to move to a new build in Billingshurst.

If you have been looking at one bedroom apartments and have become despondent by the lack of space they offer then you will definitely not have a problem here as this one is huge. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is close to all the amenities Southwater has to offer.

The entrance hall is of a generous size with a further large storage cupboard which could be used as a walk in wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a white suite and will be the perfect place to relax and enjoy a long soak.

There is light oak effect wood laminate flooring which is consistent throughout most of the apartment which really accentuates the natural light. The bedroom is a really good sized double and has plenty of space for free standing wardrobes.

The lounge/kitchen is open plan and will be ideal for when you have guests round. There is enough space for a good size site and dining table. Being open plan you can enjoy showing off your cooking skills whilst enjoying a conversation with your guests.
