I moved into my studio approximately three years ago, having looked at many properties in the Tunbridge Wells area. The property represented extremely good value for money and it was great for me to get my foot on the first rung of the property ladder. Although the property only has one room, it has been laid out in such a way that the bedroom area is totally separate from the lounge and kitchen areas. The property is double glazed and has gas central heating, so is incredibly inexpensive to heat.

It comes with its very own parking space, use of a communal garden and is perfectly located for Tunbridge Wells town centre and the main line train station, which gives you access into central London.
