I bought this property when it needed lots of updating to bring it up to the beautiful home it is today. The location is set back from the Goring Road and very attractive as you arrive through the entrance.

Having your own private sunny garden is a real bonus, as you are totally secluded from the main house. There are very few flats around Worthing that are set in such a great position, so I knew I just had to buy it.

The next owner's will not have to worry about doing anything, but just enjoy living here.

It is now time for me to move on, after living here for over 10 years.
