When I was looking to move nearly 20 years ago, I realised that this house would be just perfect. As it is tucked away from the main road, it's nice and peaceful and I love the outlook from my bedroom. My home is so easy to maintain and I replaced the double glazing to make it even cosier.

The location is so convenient as I can easily pop to the local shop just up the road, or walk into Cranleigh if I want a greater choice of shopping. A bus passes the end of the road so it's very easy for me to get to Guildford.

I have lovely neighbours around me so I am sure the new owners will love my little home as I do.
