I bought the property in 2005 when it was first converted from a farm building. I'd always loved the location and had previously lived on the farm and enjoyed looking out across the neighbouring farmland, so when this house became available I snapped it up.

I then moved overseas and have rented this unique little home out ever since. Tenants like how easy it is to maintain, the friendly sense of community within the development and the semi rural setting, just off the A29. The high ceilings give a great feeling of space and the small, private garden is a lovely place in which to relax or entertain during the summer months.
