We have lived here since 2004 and enjoyed every moment. The residents in the cul-de-sac are friendly and helpful, we all look out for each other. The transport links are very advantageous both to London and also down to the coast. We are so lucky with doctors, dentist, hospital, restaurants and brilliant schools all within easy reach as well as being able to get in to Croydon town centre within 20 minutes on bus, train or by car. This really has been a lovely area to live and we will really miss this home but we just hope that the next owners have even half the fun we have had living here.
