What the owner says

We absolutely love the bungalow and have found it to be in the perfect location. Close to all the shops and pubs of Brockham and just a short drive to Dorking we've never been far from local amenities.

The garden has been amazing for us to enjoy and grow our own vegetables and we have always enjoyed sitting out and relaxing.

We have put a lot of love into making this bungalow a stunning home to live in and will miss it dearly. Parking has never been an issue and having our own private garage has been ideal for extra storage space.

We now just need a little more room for when the family come to stay so sadly are selling, however we know that the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.

Our professional photography and brochures give the very best first impression of your home. Our network of branches covers the whole of the South East and the South Coast. Steeped in history and literature Dorking was the birthplace of legendary actor Laurence Olivier, who lived in Wathen Road, and was home to Daniel Defoe. The author of Robinson Crusoe was educated at the Rev. James Fisher's boarding school in Pixham Lane. As an old market town it is renowned for its antique shops with West Street being the heart of the local antique trade. There is still a market held in the town every Friday in St. Martins Walk. Contemporary arts on offer include a cinema and theatre and there is also a Leisure Centre to cater for your fitness needs. The local schools offer another attraction to the area for parents, with the 'Ofsted Outstanding' St.Pauls primary and The Ashcombe secondary school, which Ofsted praised for its 'exceptional pastoral care'.
