I feel our property is in an excellent location, being so very close to the centre of Chichester.

The property is being sold with no forward chain which we hope will be very appealing, we have just gone to the expense of having the whole property redecorated with a neutral colour giving someone the option to simply just move in. We are sure the new buyers will be very happy here as were the previous owners.
