I bought the lodge a couple of years ago and have recently been letting it out via the park owners. It is such a popular place to stay that there has never been difficulty finding people who want to take advantage of everything the park has to offer.

Whether you want a more active holiday, using the on-site sports facilities or perhaps walking and cycling in the stunning countryside, or simply want to relax with a good book, it is the perfect place to stay.

Situated in the picturesque Surrey Hills, yet within easy reach of Guildford, this modern holiday lodge is just the thing if you want to get away from the stresses of daily life.

The large open plan living space is well laid out with a lounge area at one end which has a feature fireplace and doors opening onto the enclosed private decked area. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with a good range of modern units and ample space for a dining table and chairs.

At the other end of the lodge, you'll find the modern shower room together with both bedrooms, the larger one having an en-suite cloakroom.

The lodge was new in 2012 and benefits from central heating and double glazing. It is conveniently situated within the park, within a short stroll of the on-site cafe, shop and amenities such as the tennis court, gym and indoor swimming pool. It is screened by a neat laurel hedge with an extensive area of open grassland beyond.

An allocated parking space can be found beside the lodge, whilst there is also visitor parking nearby for when your friends and family join you for a well-earned break!

The park is open 12 months a year and is perfectly located in the heart of the countryside yet only a short drive to historic Guildford with its great choice of shops and mainline rail link to London.
