We have enjoyed living here very much. The area is neighbourly and relatively quiet with everything we need close by.

The town centre is a short walk away with a great variety of shops etc or more locally for those last minute essentials in Crabtree Lane. Getting out and about is good with easy access onto the A27 and A259 but for going further afield the train station is also close by.

Lovely seaside walks can be had too with a pathway taking you all the way along to Shoreham or Worthing and cafes on the way for refreshment.
