I will be sad to leave this bungalow and my friendly neighbour's after many years. The house has always felt comfortable, secure and homely and it's a great area to live.

I have fantastic views from my lounge and dining area, and it also looks over the lovely quiet garden where I love to relax and potter about in.

It's easy to say 'don't judge a book by its cover' and here it would certainly be a mistake to do so. What a wonderful surprise we had when we visited this super chalet bungalow.

The layout is fantastic and really sets this property apart from almost everything else on the market. With a large open plan lounge/dining area to the rear it really makes for the perfect family space and somewhere you can admire the stunning large garden that the current owner has spent many hours in.

The road is in a popular location. Living here you are close to everything you need for a relaxing family life. The shops are within walking distance but if you prefer to travel by bus there is a bus stop within a couple of minutes' walk. You can reach either the A23 or A27 within a few minutes, you really couldn't be in a much handier position.
