This was my first house of my own, and it's been an emotional tug to let it go. One of the best aspects is the location. The garage is a plus, although I mostly used the off-street parking, I found it a priceless place to store all sorts of things. As for the interior and the flat itself, being on the ground floor is a big bonus - two entrances being one of those. The rooms, especially the kitchen and lounge/diner, are also vast by modern standards. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is also a plus. Outside, the grounds are always immaculately manicured. If you're looking to rent Floral Court out, you'll have no trouble. I was never waiting for longer than a few weeks before finding a tenant. Although investment wasn't my reason for buying this property, the value speaks for itself.
