When I set eyes on the apartment I said to myself 'this is mine'. Straight away I loved the size and as soon as I walked onto the balcony I knew I just had to have it.

I have updated much of the apartment to suit my taste, but the addition of the combination boiler I had installed 3 years ago, has really made the difference.

I enjoy running so being close to the sea front and promenade has been great for strolling out and going for a jog.

It's now time for a move, but I am sure the new owners will simply love it here.
