We bought this as our first home as first-time buyers and we have very much, loved living in this fun, friendly part of the city for the past 3 years. We have enjoyed many summers on Brighton beach, which we can walk to in under 30 minutes or closer to home Preston Park is also good for a picnic. The local pubs are really friendly and great for a quick drink after work – most of them serving good food too, saving the washing up on a Sunday Roast. Friends/family who come to visit us can never quite believe how close we are to the hustle and bustle of Brighton centre but also how surprisingly quiet and peaceful our location is too. It’s been a great home for us, we hope the next buyers will be as happy here as we have been.
