We have loved living here. It’s such a quiet area yet so easy to get to anywhere. We own 100% of the freehold so unlike most maisonettes, we don’t have to pay any maintenance charges to anyone and we have a perfect arrangement with our downstairs neighbour.

There is so much space here too. Both bedrooms are doubles and the lounge is just as large as some houses nearby.

There is an array of places to go and restaurants to eat in and a lovely summer’s day at the beach is always on our shortlist of things to do!
