I have lived here for many years and I still remember when we first walked in at how amazed I was with the amount of space on offer, compared to the other flats and maisonettes that I had viewed.

Although the surroundings here are quite rural, it is still really easy to pop into Coulsdon to do some shopping or Reigate which is only approximately a 15-20 minute drive.
