What the owner says

Our mother lived here very happily for several years. She loved the location as she could easily stroll into the village centre for her shopping or to meet friends for a cuppa and a chat. Being on the ground floor was ideal for her as she didn't want to worry about stairs as she got older.

Being able to go directly outside into the lawned gardens was a real pleasure and she could easily chat to her neighbours while enjoying the sunshine.

If she wanted to go into town, there's a bus service through the village linking Guildford, Godalming and Horsham, making this a really convenient location.
