I have owned this property for around 5 years and during that time have had it rented out.

It is in a great location being close to the town centre, stations and Meadowbank Park.

The layout is incredibly versatile having 2 bathrooms and either 1 or 2 reception rooms. The fact that it has its own private outdoor space and off street parking is a real bonus.

Now that the tenants have moved out I have decided it is time to sell. There is no chain.
