As soon as I saw the maisonette, I knew it was just right for me and would make a lovely home - I didn't even bother to look elsewhere! The location is brilliant as it's really peaceful and I love its general layout and quite modern appearance.

At one point, I rented my home out and it certainly wasn't difficult to find tenants, giving me a good rental income for a couple of years. So if the new owner was looking for a good buy-to-let, this would be perfect.
