What the owner says

I love the fact the apartment was brand new as I could move straight in and not have anything to do. I had the pick of the developers and apartments and very quickly chose this as my favourite. It is just so light and spacious and positioned on the ground floor.

Internally, it is so much larger than many other I had viewed at the same price and I was really interested, but when I found out the master bedroom had an en-suite shower room in addition to the family bathroom, I knew I had to have it.

I have really enjoyed living here and would have been happy to stay longer, but a move up the ladder is taking me on to pastures new.
