With a busy professional life I wanted a property that was ready to move into, something in good condition that wouldn’t need any upkeep and maintenance, so that the time away from work would be mine to do as I please. I naturally started to look at new build properties and was particularly drawn towards the quality of the show homes at Highwoods.

I was lucky enough to be one of the first buyers in site so had a choice of plots to consider off plan. I chose this particular property because of its size and its position, I loved the fact that it would overlook the communal gardens from the lounge and would get plenty of sunshine during the summer, well into the afternoon.
